Filtering the daily manifest
Back to topFollow these quick steps to filter the daily manifest view:
- Go to the Daily Manifest (Booking > Daily Manifest).
- Select one or more of the available filters.
- View the results in the table below.
Filtering by bookings
Back to topBy default, the daily manifest displays bookings starting on the date in focus. These are any offerings that start on the day you are viewing.
You can also filter for bookings in progress or ending on the day viewed (ending on the date in focus).
Filtering by start time
Back to topYou can also filter bookings by time. This option limits the bookings displayed to those with a matching start time, considering any other category and product filters you may have applied.
|
Deleting the value in the time field clears any time criteria applied and returns the filter to the default value. |
Filtering by category
Back to topClick Select under the category label to open the available inventory categories drop-down menu.
Select one or more categories from the list to filter out bookings from other categories, providing a view of the products booked from your chosen categories.
If you have a long list of categories, start entering the name of each category. The list is then limited to those that begin with the same letters. From there, you can easily select the category!
Filtering by product
Back to topYou can filter the daily manifest for one or more products. Click Select under the Product filter to open the product drop-down menu, which displays a list of available inventory products.
You can use this filter together with the category filter. If one or more categories are selected, the product list is restricted to those available for the selected category or categories.
As with the category filter, you can type in the name of the product you are looking for, and the list is then limited to those products that match your entry. This feature is a helpful option for those with long inventory lists!
Filtering by status
Back to topYou can filter the Daily Manifest by one or more statuses (Deposit, Paid, Canceled...). The bookings displayed are then filtered to match your selections.
Searching for the status is quick if faced with a long list of filter options. Enter the status name in the input field at the top of the list.
Remembering filters
Back to topYou can configure your account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features, so you don't have to select your preferred filters repeatedly.
You can have filter selections remembered for future visits by selecting either of the Remember last-used filters options in your Profile (Account > Profile > Account Settings).
