How to check in and out bookings and guests from your daily manifest

You can check in or out bookings or guests directly from the daily manifest, allowing you to manage all your bookings in one place.

Checking in or out bookings

Follow these steps to check in or out bookings:

  1. Go to the Daily Manifest (Booking > Daily Manifest).
  2. Find the booking for which you want to check in.
  3. Click the Check-in or Check-out buttons under the Check In / Out column.

Once you have checked out the booking, the check-in/out status displays the option to Reset Check-in.

If you click the Reset Check-in button, it reverts to Check-in. Subsequently, the check-in and check-out status is changed system-wide, and check-in and check-out information is cleared from other reports.

This is helpful if you check out a booking in error.

If you have the guest form (Integrations > Guest Management) integration enabled for your account, you can check in or out one or more select guests.

  1. Go to the Daily Manifest (Booking > Daily Manifest).
  2. Select the checkbox next to the guest to determine which guests you want to manage, or select the checkbox at the top left of the Guest List to select all guests.
  3. Click the Check-in or Check-out buttons.

With the daily manifest, you can check in or out the guests in the order that suits your business needs.

For example, you can check in and then out guests on a tour versus checking out and back in guests with rental equipment.
