How to export your daily manifest

Exporting the list to your computer, email, or Google Drive allows you to share the daily manifest with staff or other stakeholders.

Exporting your daily manifest

Follow these steps to export a list of customers (and their guests) for a selected day:

  1. Click the Export icon to open the Export modal.

  2. Use the default name or enter a new name into the Save As field within the Export modal.

  3. Choose the export format: MS Excel (XLSX), CSV (Comma-separated Value), or XML (eXtensible Markup Language).

  4. Choose to save the report to your Computer, Email, or Google Drive.

    Emailed exports are sent as links to the files securely hosted in Google Cloud Storage.

     

  5. Choose to export Visible columns or All columns (if there are columns you have chosen to hide in the online report view). In this report, all columns are always visible, so either option gives the same result!

  6. Limit the maximum number of rows to export (Max Rows) or choose to export All Rows.

  7. Choose to use ISO dates or not. 
    1. When selected, you see the format YYYY-DD-MM, for example, 2024-06-09.
    2. When not selected, you see the format configured with the Date Format setting (Account > Setup > Locale).

  8. Click the Export button to generate the export.
