How to preview your email notifications

With booking email notifications, you can preview the content to see how it appear to recipients.

Previewing your email notification

Follow these steps to preview an email notification:

  1. Go to the Notifications area (Configuration > Notifications).
  2. Select an existing notification or create a new one.

  3. Fill out or select the notification options as needed.
  4. Select Live Preview in the left sidebar to preview your email, including how any variables display when replaced with live data.

  5. A pop-up window containing the content of your notification appears. The radio buttons in the bottom left corner of the window allow you to switch between HTML and Text views.

  6. Select Save (or Create) after you close the preview window and finish setting up the notification.
