Exporting your notifications list
Back to topFollow these steps to export the notifications list:
- Go to the Notifications area (Configuration > Notifications).
- Select the Export button to open the Export modal to choose your preferences for file exports.
- Use the default name or enter a new name into the Save As field.
- Select the export format: MS Excel (XLSX), CSV (comma-separated Value), PDF (Portable Document Format), or XML (eXtensible Markup Language).
- Save the report to your Computer, Email, or Google Drive.
The system sends emailed exports as links to the files securely hosted in Google Cloud Storage.
- Choose to export Visible columns or All columns (if there are columns you have chosen to hide in the online report view).
- Limit the maximum number of rows to export (Max Rows) or choose to export All Rows.
- Choose to Use ISO Dates or not.
- You see the format YYYY-DD-MM, for example, 2024-06-09, when using ISO dates.
- You see the format configured with the Date Format setting (Account > Setup > Locale) when not using ISO dates.
- Select the Export button to generate the export.
