How to navigate the inventory calendar

You can navigate the inventory calendar to gain more information about your product availability, including changing the calendar date and expanding content.

Accessing the inventory calendar

To access the inventory calendar, you can follow these instructions.

  1. Go to the Inventory Calendar (Calendar > Inventory Calendar).
  2. Use the navigation elements described below to help you navigate the calendar.

 

Jumping to today's date

The calendar displays four weeks at a time, defaulting to the current week. Click Today to return to a view of the current week and today's inventory at any time!

Moving back or forward by 4 weeks

You can jump back (<) in the calendar by four weeks and/or forward (>) by four-week periods.

Selecting the start date

You can choose a specific start date by selecting the date from the drop-down calendar or entering the date directly into the field provided.

Scrolling backward or forward

Scroll backward (<) or forward (>) through four weeks' worth of your selected dates.

Expanding or collapsing content

By default, timeslot and per time/flex time rows are collapsed. This enables you to maximize the number of products for which you can check availability.

To view or hide specific times, you can expand or collapse select product rows by clicking the arrow icon (>) next to the product name.
