You can filter the inventory calendar to learn more about your product availability. The system remembers your filter selections to save you time and effort when viewing the calendar.

Accessing the inventory calendar
Back to topTo access the inventory calendar, you can follow these instructions.
- Go to the Inventory Calendar (Calendar > Inventory Calendar).
- Choose to filter by categories, products, or keywords.
- Have the system remember your filter selections for future use via your account settings (Account > Profile > Account Settings > Filter Settings), as needed.
Filtering by categories
Back to topClicking the arrow under the Categories label opens a drop-down menu of available inventory categories. By default, you can view all inventory categories within the calendar.
Select one or more categories from the list to filter out inventory by category, leaving only those from your chosen categories.
Do you have a long list of categories? Then, enter the category's name within the search field above the open menu, and the list is then limited to those values that start with the same letters. From there, you can easily select the category!
Filtering by products
Back to topYou can also filter the inventory calendar for select products. Click the arrow next to the product label to open the drop-down menu, and the list of available inventory displays.
This filter can be used independently or in tandem with the category filter. If one or more categories are selected, the system restricts the product list to those available for those categories.
As with the category filter, you can also type the name of the product you are looking for in the search field. The list is limited to those products that match your entry. The product filter is a convenient option for those with long inventory lists.
Filtering by keyword search
Back to topEnter a keyword in the Search field to filter the inventory calendar for a select inventory. Only products that contain the keyword in their name are displayed.
Remembering filters
Back to topYou can configure your account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features, so you don't have to select your preferred filters repeatedly.
You can have filter selections remembered for future visits by selecting either of the Remember last-used filters options in your Profile (Account > Profile > Account Settings).
