How to search the account activity report

Follow these steps to search the account activity report by keyword:

  1. Go to the Account Activity report (Analytics > Account Activity).
  2. Click into the Search field and enter your search term.

    The search is plain text only through the Message column, excluding booking statuses like Pre-booking.
     
  3. The report automatically filters to show matching results.

  • Analytics > Account Activity

Can I search for all manual changes in my account?

  • Yes, search by the word Updated to list all the corresponding changes.

Can I use keyboard shortcuts to search for information?

  • Yes, you can use the search option within your browser to find information within displayed records. Use Cmd + F (Mac) or Ctrl + F (PC) on your keyboard. If you have more than one page of results returned, you must search each page using this method.
