Gift card purchase example

Steps to purchasing gift cards depend on how you have configured your hosted booking site or widget.

The following instructions use the hosted booking site as an example, starting with the category page filtered for gift cards.

Follow these steps to purchase gift cards.

  1. Find the gift card you would like to purchase from the presented list.

  2. Click the Book Here button to start your booking.

  3. Enter the Gift card details, including the gift card Amount, name of the recipient (To), the name of the sender (From), the email address (Email) of the recipient, and a custom Message.

  4. Click the Add to Shopping Cart button to continue using the cart.

  5. Review your selections within the cart. Click Next:Contact to continue to the next step.

  6. Enter your contact information. Click Proceed to payment to continue to the next step.

  7. Click Pay to complete the transaction.

  8. Review your order receipt.

  9.  The system sends receipts and confirmation email notifications to recipients.

    The system sends a copy of the booking receipt to the purchaser.

    A PDF version of the gift is sent by email to the gift card recipient.
