How to copy a gift card

You can copy a gift card product to quickly create a gift card template based on an existing one.

Follow these steps to copy a gift card product:

  1. Go to the Gift Card area (Products > Gift Cards) and select the Products tab.

  2. Select a gift card name from the list to open the gift card builder.

    You can copy any status gift card product, including Active, Draft, and Archived.
     
  3. Open the Actions menu and select the Copy option.

  4. View the draft copy of the automatically generated gift card.

  5. Adjust the details, validity, and pricing in the gift card draft.
  6. Click Activate Gift Card Product to activate your gift card.
