Previewing documents

Preview a document template by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
  2. Select Templates from the left-side menu.
  3. Open the existing template you wish to preview.
  4. Click the Preview button at the bottom of the menu to open the document preview.

  5. View the left panel showing the document you are working on. The live field now replaces any field shortcodes you have added to the document. You can even enter some test information to try it out fully!

  6. View the right panel, which shows a list of steps that the customer must complete to submit the document. 

    As the customer completes each step, a checkmark appears next to the completed step, and the status bar at the top advances.

    The system adds additional steps to the list for any steps related to repeated sections. The number of steps depends on how often the customer repeats the section.

  7. Click the Back to Template button to return to the document editor.
