You can filter the account activity report to view targeted activity information from within the system.

Filtering account activity
Back to topFollow these quick steps to filter the account activity report:
- Go to the Account Activity report (Analytics > Account Activity).
- Select one or more of the available filters.
- View the results in the table below.
Filtering by date
Back to topThe default view for the activity report displays events from the last 30 days.
The Date filter preset options include All, Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last 7 days, and Last month.
You can report on a select date or range by choosing the Custom option. This option opens a date selector from which you can select a specific date or range.
Filtering by system log
Back to topThis menu allows you to filter the account activity report by either system events, such as account login, or booking events, such as sent emails and created or completed bookings.
You can report on booking account activity for 60 days after completing the booking.
By performing a keyword search at the top of the dropdown menu, you can quickly and easily find the option you want to filter.
Filtering by staff member
Back to topThe staff log records activities and events created by a logged-in system agent or administrator. This report includes account logins, password resets, and configuration changes. Events are held in the staff log four weeks from creation.
Have a long list of staff and partners? You can quickly and easily find the person you want to filter for by entering their name into the keyword search at the top of the dropdown menu.

Back to topThe priority menu lets you filter by information, warning, or error.

Remembering filters
Back to topYou can configure your account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features, so you don't have to select your preferred filters repeatedly.
You can have filter selections remembered for future visits by selecting either of the Remember last-used filters options in your Profile (Account > Profile > Account Settings).
