Reporting on account activity

With the account activity report, you can monitor staff, partner, and customer activity, such as guest edits or report exports, and locate and identify problems that might occur during regular system usage, such as email bounce errors or abandoned pre-bookings.

The activity report is a comprehensive record of all events in your system. It highlights changes made within the system but does not specify the exact nature of those changes. However, it does provide the name of the user who implemented the changes, along with the date and time the user made the changes, offering enough information to guide you in the right direction!

Where can I find this feature using the menu?

  • Analytics > Account Activity

Are emails we sent through the system to customers and guests logged?

  • Yes, you can view log entries of emails sent to customers and guests in both the booking log tab and the account activity report.

What are further examples of records added to the report?

  • The system adds records when someone adds, removes, updates guests, or exports reports, such as PDF, CSV, XLS, etc.

What types of actions does the system not log?

  • The system does not log staff changes to product availability events.

How long does the report keep records for?

  • The report does not contain records older than two years.
