Understanding account activity columns

Your Account Activity report is divided into the following columns:

Column Description Additional Details
Event This is the event that has occurred in the system.
ID This column displays the booking ID or product SKU where relevant.
Message Any extra information recorded at the time of the event.
Booker/Item This column displays the name of the booker and the product(s) booked.
Date This is the date and time of the event's occurrence.
Source

This represents the origin of the event or source of the user that triggered the activity.

If a staff member initiated the event, their nickname is listed here.

If the booking page is created from the customer booking page or widget, the source is displayed as Website. The IP address is also displayed.

If the system triggered the event, the source is listed as your booking system brand name. The IP address is also displayed.

Using email notifications as an example:

  • If staff manually change the booking status and check the option to send email notifications, the source of the email notification is the staff account.
  • If a booking is created on the customer booking page or booking widget, and an email notification is sent upon creating the booking, the source displays as Website.
  • If the notification is scheduled to be sent, the source for that scheduled email is your booking system brand name as the system sent the email.
Class This is the type of system activity the event is related to, e.g., ACCOUNT, BOOKING, EMAIL. A LOGIN_OAUTH event most commonly indicates a login through our mobile app.
