Reporting on emails sent to customers and guests

Follow these steps to filter account activity to show emails sent to customers and guests:

  1. Go to the Account Activity report (Analytics > Account Activity).
  2. Open the Log dropdown menu.

  3. Place a checkmark next to the Email option. The report automatically updates to show only email log entries.

  4. View any related email log entries.

    You can include the following email details in the entries through the Edit Columns button:

    • Date
    • Source
    • Class
    • Event
    • Booking ID
    • Message, which contains recipient(s), subject, and the sender
    • Booker/item, which includes the booker and product(s) booked
