Exporting account activity
Back to topFollow these steps to export account activity report results:
- Go to the Account Activity report (Analytics > Account Activity).
- Click the Export icon to open the Export modal.
- Use the default name or enter a new name into the Save As field.
- Choose the export format: MS Excel (XLSX), CSV (Comma-separated Value), or XML (eXtensible Markup Language).
- Choose to save the report to your Computer, Email, or Google Drive.
The system emails the exports as links to the files securely hosted in Google Cloud Storage.
- Choose to export Visible columns or All columns (if there are columns you have chosen to hide in the online report view).
- Limit the maximum number of rows to export (Max Rows) or choose to export All Rows.
- Choose to use ISO dates or not.
- When selected, the system uses the format YYYY-DD-MM. For example, 2024-06-09.
- When not selected, the system uses the format configured with the Date Format setting (Account > Setup > Locale).
- Click the Export button to generate the export.
