How to reset your password

You can reset your account password if you have forgotten it and cannot access your account.

Follow these steps to reset your account password:

  1. Go to your account URL to view the sign-in page. You may need to log out of your account first to access the sign-in page.
  2. Select the Forgot your password? link.

  3. Enter your account email address in the Email field of the Forgot your password? window.

  4. Select Reset my password to have a reset password code sent to your email address. The window changes to waiting for the entered code and new password.
  5. Enter the code you received in the Your Verification Code email into the Code field.

  6. Enter your new password in the New Password and Enter New Password Again fields.

    Make sure your password contains all of the following:

    • A lowercase letter (a-z)
    • An uppercase letter (A-Z)
    • A number (0-9)
    • At least 8 characters
    • A special character or space (e.g., !@#$%^&*)

     

  7. Select Change Password to confirm the change. The page refreshes to show your sign-in page, where you can sign in with your email address and new password.

    If you sign in using Google SSO, you must reset or change your password through that service.
