How to void issued gift cards

The booking system lets you quickly and easily void your issued gift cards. This option helps if you have issued a gift card in error.

Voiding issued gift cards

You can follow these steps to void issued gift cards.

  1. Select Products and then Gift Cards from the side navigation menu.
  2. Select the Issued tab on the Gift Cards page.

  3. Find the gift card listed in the displayed table. 
  4. Click the Gift Card ID to access edit mode for the gift card.

  5. Click the Void button at the top-right corner of the page to void the gift card.

  6. You can find confirmation of the voided gift card at the top of the page.

    The gift card's status is now also marked as void in the list of issued gift cards.

    Gift card recipients (or staff) can no longer apply the gift card as payment.

  • Admin permissions or restricted permissions are required to Manage gift cards, Manage gift card products, and Issue gift cards.
