Managing your issued gift cards

Use the gift cards page to manage your issued gift cards, including editing them to update, print, email, or void them. You can also filter, search, and sort your gift card product list, customize the displayed columns, and export the issued gift card list.

Using the gift card product page

Editing your issued gift cards

You can edit your issued gift cards by clicking the gift card code to access the issued gift card in edit mode.

 


 

Printing or downloading your issued gift cards

You can print or download your issued gift card to mail or hand to recipients.

Filtering your issued gift card list

You can filter the list of issued gift cards by date source, date, gift card product, status, or issued by customers or staff.

 

Searching your issued gift card list by name and email address

If you have a long list, you can search your issued gift card list by recipient name or email address to quickly and easily find the issued gift cards you need to edit.

Sorting your issued gift card
list

You can sort any column in your gift card product list by ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order. Click the column header to change the sort order.

 

 

Exporting your gift card product list

You can export your gift card list.

Editing the columns displayed

You can edit the list to change the columns displayed by clicking the Edit column icon at the top right.

You can also edit your general gift card settings page, including settings for the issued gift card logo, default themes, terms and conditions, and refund settings.
