Editing issued gift cards
Follow these steps to edit issued gift cards.
- Select Products and then Gift Cards from the side navigation menu.
- Select the Issued tab on the Gift Cards page.
- Find the gift card listed in the displayed table.
- Click the Gift Card ID to access edit mode for the gift card.

You can update the displayed settings from the Edit Gift Card page, including options to print, email, or void the gift card.
Editing the gift card values does not affect existing bookings. - If a customer purchased the gift card issued, you can access the booking invoice using the Order ID at the top of the page.
- You can view the history of changes for the issued changes at the bottom of the page under the View History section, including records of gift cards sent with the logged subject, recipient name, and recipient email address.
- Be sure to save any changes before exiting edit mode.
