Navigating the gift card builder
Follow these steps to navigate the gift card builder:
- Go to the Gift Cards area (Products > Gift Cards).
- Select the Products tab on the Gift Cards page.
- Choose an existing gift card entry to open the gift card builder, or create a new gift card with the + Create Gift Card button.
- View the navigation options available, including the top menu, other actions, and footer menu.
The following navigation options are available in the gift card builder.
Navigating using the top menu
You can navigate the gift card builder using the menu at the top (Details, Validity, Pricing) or the options in the page footer.
These steps unlock once you save the initial details of your gift card.
Accessing other actions
The following options are available from the Actions menu at the top right of the gift card builder.
Previewing your gift card
Once you activate the gift card, the Preview option lets you view it from the customer's perspective within the customer-facing booking page.
Copying your gift card
Click Copy to create a duplicate draft copy of the gift card in focus. Modify it as needed, and activate your copy via the navigation options in the gift card builder's footer.
Once you create it, the copy appears in the gift card list with the gift card's name prefixed with Copy of, for example, Copy of Gift Card - Bronze.
The copied gift card has a Draft status, so filter the gift card list accordingly.
The system automatically generates a new SKU, so you may need to update that value to match your identification system.

Deactivating your gift card
If your gift card is active, the option to Deactivate the gift card displays.
The deactivate option removes the gift card from your booking page. No new bookings can be accepted, but any future bookings already made for the gift card remain intact unless manually canceled or changed.
Archiving/unarchiving your gift card
Select the Archive option to archive your gift card.
Archiving a gift card removes it from your booking page and prevents you from changing its configuration. You cannot create new bookings, but existing bookings for the gift card remain intact unless canceled or changed manually.
Once archived, the gift card can be found within the gift card list with the status of Archived.
You can unarchive the gift card by editing it and selecting Unarchive from the warning at the top of the page or the Actions menu.
The unarchived gift card is now in Draft status. You can update it before you activate it.
Navigating using the footer menu
The following options are available from the Footer menu at the bottom of the gift card builder.
Navigating back a step
Use the Back navigation option to move back a step in the gift card builder.
Navigating forward a step
Use the Continue navigation option to move forward within the gift card builder.
Previewing your gift card
Once you activate the gift card, the Preview option lets you view it from the customer's perspective within the customer-facing booking page.
Saving your work
The Save & Continue and Save options allow you to save your progress while building or editing your gift card.
This option becomes available once you add the minimum required gift card information, which includes name, SKU, and category.
Activating your gift card
Click the Activate Gift Card Product button in the footer menu to activate your gift card.
Once active, the gift card appears on the customer booking page, and customers can purchase it as configured.
This button is not visible if your gift card is already active.
