You can enhance the schedule grid by applying specific filter criteria to determine which booked and unbooked sessions display. Applying filters makes finding the sessions you want easier without manually sifting through the entire schedule.

Back to topYou can filter the schedule grid by products or bookings. Both product and booking filter sets work together, and you can apply them at the same time.
Filtering the schedule grid by products
Back to topFollow these steps to filter the schedule grid by active products:
- Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
- Select the Filter button.
- Select categories, products, or a combination to display inventory sessions from the Products tab. The grid refreshes automatically to reflect your selections.
Know the following:
- A counter next to the Products tab indicates how many product filters apply.
- You can search the list by product name if you have a long list of products.
- You can click the Reset button to clear your product selections.
- The system does not apply any filters by default, so all products display until these options are selected.
- A counter next to the Products tab indicates how many product filters apply.
- Close the filter window by clicking outside of the window or pressing [Esc] on your keyboard.
Filtering the schedule grid by bookings
Back to topFollow these steps to filter the schedule grid by bookings:
- Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
- Select the Filter button.
- Select the Bookings tab.
- Choose to Show booked sessions and/or to Show unbooked sessions by checking one or both of the corresponding checkboxes. The grid refreshes automatically to reflect your selections.
Check the option to Show booked sessions to include sessions that customers have partially or fully booked.
Check the option to Show unbooked sessions to include sessions with no bookings.
Know the following:
- A counter next to the Bookings tab indicates how many session filters apply.
- You can click the Reset button to clear your booking selections.
- The system does not apply any settings by default, so all sessions display until these options are selected.
- A counter next to the Bookings tab indicates how many session filters apply.
- Close the filter window by clicking outside of the window or pressing [Esc] on your keyboard.
Filtering the schedule grid by staff

- Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
- Select the Filter button.
- Select the Staff tab.
- Check the checkbox next to the staff member's name to show only sessions assigned to them. The grid refreshes automatically to reflect your selections.
Know the following:
- A counter next to the Staff tab indicates how many staff member filters apply.
- You can search the list by name or email address if you have a long list of staff members.
- You can click the Reset button to clear your staff selections.
- The system does not apply any filters by default, so all staff members display until these options are selected.
- A counter next to the Staff tab indicates how many staff member filters apply.
- Close the filter window by clicking outside of the window or pressing [Esc] on your keyboard.
