How to check in or out bookings from the bookings tab of the schedule grid

Using the check-in status setting in the session drawer, you can update a booking's check-in status directly from the schedule grid without navigating away, saving you time and energy!

Updating booking check-in statuses

Follow these steps to update a booking's check-in status from the schedule grid:

  1. Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
  2. Click a session tile with active bookings to open the corresponding session drawer.

  3. Open the Check-In / Out dropdown menu in the Bookings tab to Check-in or Check-out bookings.

    If you have checked the booking in or out in error, you can Reset the setting to start over.

    This field always displays the current check-in status, and the default selection is Not checked-in until you apply another status.

  4. Close the session drawer by clicking the X button or pressing [Esc] on your keyboard.
