Updating a guest's check-in status
Back to topFollow these steps to update a guest's check-in status from the schedule grid:
- Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
- Click a session tile with active bookings to open the corresponding session drawer.
- Select the Guests tab.
- Open the Check In / Out dropdown menu to Check-in one or more guests, Check-out one or more guests, or Reset to start over if you have checked in/out guests in error. This field always displays the current check-in status, and the default selection is Not checked-in until another status is applied.
- Close the session drawer by clicking the X button or pressing [Esc] on your keyboard.
