How to check in or out guests from the guests tab of the schedule grid

You can update a guest's check-in status directly from the schedule grid without leaving the space.

Updating a guest's check-in status

Follow these steps to update a guest's check-in status from the schedule grid:

  1. Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
  2. Click a session tile with active bookings to open the corresponding session drawer.

  3. Select the Guests tab.

  4. Open the Check In / Out dropdown menu to Check-in one or more guests, Check-out one or more guests, or Reset to start over if you have checked in/out guests in error. This field always displays the current check-in status, and the default selection is Not checked-in until another status is applied.

  5. Close the session drawer by clicking the X button or pressing [Esc] on your keyboard.
