How to edit display options for the schedule grid

Displaying product SKU

Follow these steps to show product SKU details underneath product names in the schedule grid:

  1. Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
  2. Select the Display Options button.

  3. Place a check mark next to the SKU option.

  4. View the schedule grid, which updates automatically when you make a selection.

    Know the following:
     

    • You can click the Reset button to clear your selection(s).

Displaying session end time

Follow these steps to show the session end time beside the session start time in the schedule grid:

  1. Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
  2. Select the Display Options button.

Follow these steps to show the session duration beside the session time in the schedule grid:

  1. Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
  2. Select the Display Options button.

Displaying product and availability colors

Visually use color coding to distinguish sessions based on their product and availability. This feature lets you quickly assess session occupancy and identify fully booked, low-availability, or closed sessions at a glance.

Follow these steps to show product and availability colors in the schedule grid:

  1. Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
  2. Select the Display Options button.

  3. Open the Color Coding drop-down menu.

  4. Select one of the following options from the expanded menu:
     

    Option Description
    None Select this option to show no session color coding.
    Product Select this option to show session color coding previously assigned to products. The system displays product color coding by default.
    Availability Select this option to show session color coding based on product availability.

    You can find the descriptions of system availability colors in the table below:
     

    Color Description
    Light Green The product has no bookings for this date.
    Green The product is less than 50% booked for this date.
    Yellow The product is more than 50% booked for this date, however not yet fully booked.
    Red The product is fully booked for this date.
    Red (greyed out) The product is closed by a closure event for this date.
    Grey

    The product has an orphaned session for this date.
     

    Orphaned sessions are deleted/updated product timeslots, which are no longer available unless you have bookings connected to them.

     

  5. View the schedule grid, which updates automatically when you make a selection.
