How to change booking statuses from the bookings tab of the schedule grid

Using the status dropdown menu in the session drawer, you can update a booking's status directly from the schedule grid without navigating away, saving you time and energy!

Follow these steps to update a booking's status from the schedule grid:

  1. Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
  2. Click a session tile with active bookings to open the corresponding session drawer.

  3. Open the status dropdown menu beside a booking entry in the Bookings tab and choose a booking status, such as Paid, Deposit, or Reserved.

  4. Choose any additional options depending on the selected status, e.g., choose the option to Send email notifications.
  5. Select the Update button to confirm the booking status change.

  6. Close the session drawer by clicking the X button or pressing [Esc] on your keyboard.
