Updating booking statuses
Follow these steps to update a booking's status from the schedule grid:
- Go to the Schedule Grid (Calendar > Schedule Grid).
- Click a session tile with active bookings to open the corresponding session drawer.
- Open the status dropdown menu beside a booking entry in the Bookings tab and choose a booking status, such as Paid, Deposit, or Reserved.
- Choose any additional options depending on the selected status, e.g., choose the option to Send email notifications.
- Select the Update button to confirm the booking status change.
- Close the session drawer by clicking the X button or pressing [Esc] on your keyboard.
