How to disable (or re-enable) waivers & documents

Easily manage the availability of your waiver templates by disabling those you no longer need and re-enabling them at any time.

Disabling templates

Disable a document template by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
  2. Select Templates from the left-side menu.
  3. Open the existing template you wish to disable.
  4. Click the More option from the bottom menu to display additional options.

  5. Select the Disable option to disable the template.

  6. Confirm that you want to disable the template. 

    Once you confirm, the template is disabled and removed from service. The system displays disabled templates within the Templates list with a Status of 'Disabled'.

 


Re-enabling a template

Re-enable a disabled document template by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
  2. Select Templates from the left-side menu.
  3. Open the disabled template you wish to re-enable.
  4. Click the Re-enable disabled Template button from the bottom menu to re-enable the template.
