Disabling templates
Disable a document template by following these steps:
- Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
- Select Templates from the left-side menu.
- Open the existing template you wish to disable.
- Click the More option from the bottom menu to display additional options.
- Select the Disable option to disable the template.
- Confirm that you want to disable the template.
Once you confirm, the template is disabled and removed from service. The system displays disabled templates within the Templates list with a Status of 'Disabled'.
Re-enabling a template
Re-enable a disabled document template by following these steps:
- Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
- Select Templates from the left-side menu.
- Open the disabled template you wish to re-enable.
- Click the Re-enable disabled Template button from the bottom menu to re-enable the template.
