Filtering your document list
When viewing the All Documents page, you can filter the list of documents in various ways by following these steps:
- Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
- Select the Sent & Submitted option from the left-side menu, if not already selected by default.
- Choose your desired filters and view the results in the documents table.
Filtering by date
You can filter the All Documents list by Date Created, Updated, or Completed using the Date drop-down menu.
Filtering by date presets
Use the Date drop-down in combination with the preset options in the second drop-down menu next to the Date drop-down, which include: Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last 7 days, Last month, Last 30 days, or All.
For example, you can filter by 'Date: Created Today' to view all documents created on the current date.
Filtering by custom dates
If you're looking for a more specific date range, choose the Custom option and select a start and end date from the provided calendars. Click the Done button to apply your date selections.
Filtering by status
You can filter the documents list by status by selecting the checkbox next to the necessary status(es) to filter the documents list. The possible list of statuses includes Completed, Pending, New, Expired, and Voided.
Filtering by template
You can filter the documents list by template type. Select the type from the Template drop-down menu.
Searching by keyword
Finally, you can search for a specific document(s) by typing your search term into the field provided. In the screenshot example above, we are seeking documents related to the guest, Ronnie Kunze.
Available search terms for documents include Name, Email, Booking ID, and Document ID.
