Do you have a booking, but the customer still needs to sign the required waiver document, and they have arrived for their big adventure? Then, you can ask them to fill it out in the Public Directory.
Once they do that, you pull up the booking in your system and assign the waiver they just signed to the reservation.

Attributing documents to bookings
Attribute a waiver or document to a booking by following these steps:
- Access an existing booking, such as from the Booking Index.
- Select the Documents tab.
- Click the Attribute Documents button from the left-side menu.
- Expand the Documents list and select the waiver(s) or document(s) you want to use from the pop-up window by checking the box next to them. You should see the guest's name, but if the list is long, you can perform a search that filters out any other waivers in the list to make locating them easier.
- Click the Attach button to attribute the waiver(s) or document(s) to the booking. The document is attached, and you can view it from the booking's Documents tab.
Filling out documents from the invoice
Rather than having the customer fill out the document from the public document library, you can also retrieve the invoice from your system.
You then direct the customer to fill out, sign, and complete the document. If you use this method, the system automatically assigns the document to the booking, so no attribution is required.
Fill out a waiver or document in an existing booking by following these steps:
- Access an existing booking, such as from the Booking Index.
- Select the Documents tab.
- Click the Fill Out Document button.
- Complete the provided waiver or document.
- Click the Submit Document button to attach it to the booking.
