Viewing the document activity log
View the waivers & documents activity log by following these steps:
- Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
- Select Activity Log from the left-side menu.
- View the Document Activity Log that displays waiver-related activities within a specified time frame.
Understanding document activity log details
The Document Activity Log records all updates made to your documents, including the following information:
| Column | Description |
| Event | This activity is related to the log entry. For example, the document has been attached (ATTACH), verified (VERIFY), completed (COMPLETE), updated (UPDATED), or revised (REVISED). |
| Source | This value indicates whether the entry was created by a staff member or through a website, in the case of a customer signing the document online. The device's IP address is also displayed. |
| Message | This value provides further details about the event, such as which waiver is verified. |
| Document | This is the document's numerical identifier. As each document is created, the system assigns a unique letter-number combination. Click on this to view the document in full. |
| Date | This is the date and time the update occurs. You can also select pre-set and custom periods, such as the Last seven days or the Last month, using the date fields above the log. |
