How to configure waivers to ask for multiple signatures

Configuring multiple waiver signatures

Do you want to accept multiple signatures from guests in a single waiver? Set up multiple signature fields by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
  2. Select the Templates option from the left-side menu and create a new template or open an existing waiver template.

  3. Choose the Signature tile from the Fields section to open the Create Signature panel.

  4. Enter the field Label, the field ID, add an optional field Tip, and select whether the field is required.

    Signature component fields Description
    Label A short description shown beside the field in the waiver.
    ID A simple identifier for the field. Used mainly in reports.
    Tip (Optional) Help text just below the form field on the waiver.

     

  5. Click the Create button to save your changes and close the panel. 
  6. Place your cursor in the template where you want the signature to display, and then select Add in the Field List section beside the custom field you just created.

  7. View where the custom field code automatically appears in the document. Further customize the document as needed.

  8. Repeat these steps to add another signature field to the template.
  9. Click the Save button to save your changes.

Custom fields and multiple waiver components

A custom field may only be added to a waiver once. Creating separate custom fields is required if adding multiple components to a waiver.
