What are repeated sections?
A repeated section is a dynamic block of fields in your waiver or document template that replicates automatically based on the number of participants or items in a booking. Each repeated section captures unique data for every participant while maintaining the same structure, ensuring that all required information is collected efficiently and accurately.
Adding repeated sections
You can add repeated sections by following these steps:
- Go to Bookings > Waivers to create or edit an existing template to open the Template Editor.
- Place your cursor at the beginning of the line where you want to add the section.
-
Click the Repeated Section option within the Fields tab on the right. The system then adds the matching variable to the document at the location where you placed your cursor.
-
Replace any placeholder text, such as 'This content will be repeated', with the fields you need to collect information from minor participants and their adult guardians.
Here is an example of the Text Editor with fields added to the repeated section: - Click the Save button to save your changes.
- You can also preview the added section by clicking the Preview button located at the bottom right of the page. Note: The fields repeat according to the number of participants selected.
