How to edit gift card products

You can edit your gift card products to update details, validity, and pricing settings to correct errors or update the products to reflect your latest offerings.

Editing issued gift cards

Follow these steps to edit issued gift cards.

  1. Select Products and then Gift Cards from the side navigation menu.
  2. Select the Products tab on the Gift Cards page.

  3. Find the gift card listed in the displayed table. 
  4. Click the gift card Name to access edit mode for the gift card.

  5. Update the gift card settings as needed.

    Editing the gift card settings does not affect issued gift cards. 
     
  6. Be sure to save any changes before exiting edit mode.
