Managing your gift card products

Use the gift cards page to manage your created gift card products, including editing product settings, copying products, and exporting your list. You can filter, search, and sort your gift card product list and customize the displayed columns.

Using the gift card product page

You can learn how to use the features of the gift products page with the following information and articles.

Editing your gift
card products

You can edit your gift card products by clicking the gift card name to access the gift card builder in edit mode.

 

Filtering your gift card products list

You can filter the list of gift cards by status or start date type (purchase date, specific date, or delivery date).

Searching your gift card products list by name

If you have a long list, you can search your gift card products by name to quickly and easily find the gift cards you need to edit. 

 

Sorting your gift card
products list

You can sort any column in your gift card product list by ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order. Click the column header to change the sort order.

Copying your gift card products

You can copy gift card products to help you create similar new products.

 

 

Exporting your gift card product list

You can export your gift card list.

Edit columns option for customizing which data columns appear in the gift card list.

 

Editing the columns displayed

You can edit the list to change the columns displayed by clicking the Edit column icon at the top right. 

By default, the list includes columns for gift card name, value, discounts, start date, expiry date, status and issued gift cards number.

Click the issued gift cards number to access the list of issued gift cards for any gift card.

Editing general gift card settings

You can also edit your general gift card settings page, including settings for the issued gift card logo, default themes, terms and conditions, and refund settings.
