How to work with sent and submitted waivers & documents

Managing sent and submitted waivers and documents is crucial for maintaining organized, compliant, and easily trackable bookings. This guide walks you through how to view, verify, download, and manage all associated documents directly with bookings, helping you streamline your workflow and ensure every booking is appropriately supported.

Working with sent & submitted documents

Access and work with your sent & submitted documents by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
  2. Select Sent & Submitted from the left-side menu.
  3. Click on the Booking ID to go directly to the booking where the waiver is attached.

  4. Under the Documents tab, you see a list of attached waivers with options to view document listings and expanded details, view documents, print (download and save to PDF), verify, and detach documents. You can also disable the reuse of documents, should you have previously set the document to apply multiple bookings.

You can view additional information and access options for each waiver by referring to the document listings.

Click the downward-facing arrow on the right-hand side to expand and view additional information regarding the waiver in question.

This expanded section includes document signatures, as well as created, updated, and due dates.

Click the View button at the right-hand side of the document listing to access the document in full.

From the document view, you can view, print, or save the document as a PDF as described below.

From the document view, you can also access the related Booking Invoice by clicking the Receipt button.


Printing, downloading, and saving documents to PDF

To print, download, or save your document to PDF, follow these steps.

  1. Click the View button to see the document in your browser window.

  2. Click the Print button on the right to view the document in your browser document viewer.

  3. From where you can print, download, or save your document as a PDF.

Verifying documents

Back to top

Verify the attached document by checking the Verify option to the right of the Attendee details. If you check the Verify checkbox, the label changes back to Verified.

Staff need to verify completed waivers to ensure they’re valid, accurately signed, and meet legal or insurance requirements. This option helps maintain accurate records and prevents issues during check-in or service delivery.

Detaching documents

Expand the View dropdown menu to Detach the attached waiver. 

Detaching allows them to correct mistakes, maintain accurate records, and ensure that only the appropriate waivers are associated with each booking.

Disabling reuse of documents

Back to top

You can also choose the Disable Reuse option to prevent the document from being applied to future bookings. This feature is visible if you have previously set the waiver to apply to multiple bookings.

You can reinstate the ability to reuse the document by selecting the Allow Reuse option that displays after you have disabled the feature.
